Archiving the Previous Week Honestly: One Verifiable Public Report Release

This week completed the bilingual publication and production verification of the previous week's public report; Git history and development logs record no other new project, essay, or feature delivery.

The through-line: place what happened in the public record, accurately

The only public delivery this week that can be verified directly from repository history was the bilingual W40 weekly report and its release verification. Two commits on 5 October added the report and completed the production-verification record; the corresponding Chinese and English pages and JSON list then became available on the production site.

This was not a new product or feature release. The W40 report itself records that its period had no new verifiable public delivery. What W41 completed was the act of archiving that conclusion on the site in a bilingual, accessible, and reviewable form.

Do not let the word “update” conceal what did not happen

Apart from that report publication and verification, this week’s Git history and docs/dev-log contain no record of a new project, essay, or feature delivery. This report therefore does not present plans, drafts, or uncommitted workspace changes as work that has gone live.

The value of a public weekly report is not that every week must contain a new announcement. It is that readers can trace every claim through commits, development logs, pages, and JSON endpoints. Even when the week’s output is a single archived report, keeping that boundary clear is a meaningful delivery.

This week in one line: publishing the previous week’s blank space honestly is also a delivery for the credibility of the public record.
